Compulsory Basic Training (CBT)Scooters and MopedsCategory A1 (125cc)Category A2 (medium)Category A (big bike)Enhanced Rider Scheme (ERS)Motorcycle Maintenance
Category A1 (125cc)

After you have completed your CBT if you wish to take further training to gain a full licence then we can proivide the necessary training sessions.

Lessons are 2 hours long with 2 pupils per instructor, bike-to-bike radio, debrief and post lesson discussion on what to do next. One customer will not be on the "lead" bike for the entire lesson, but the instructor's comments can be heard by the other pupil and we believe customers not only gain knowledge from the instructor but by observing other riders' actions as well as thinking about and planning their own.

When the right standard of riding is reached, we will organise the necessary DSA practical tests.

The bikes we use are 4 stroke single cylinder Honda CG125's for normal clutch and geared 125 lessons. These bikes are excellent for people who have not had much experience on motorbikes or do not have the confidence on the larger machines.

We encourage our beginner customers to increase their experience by hiring out a 125cc machine for a day, and riding on their own. This allows for more miles and practice and gives invaluable experience of solo riding. This is only available to our pupils who are taking lessons with us.

For prices on 125cc bike lessons and packages ('Packs' of lessons, incl Tests, which include discounts over lesson prices) please see our Price List.
